Sanyo Xacti, VPC-GH2, CG102 and CG20 Vertical HD Camcorder

Sanyo introduces three new HD camcorders, the Xacti VPC-GH2 with horizontal form factor and the VPC-CG102, VPC-CG20 with vertical form factor.

The VPC-GH2 and VPC-CG102 are nearly identical, except for their form factor. They both have a 38mm wide angle lensw ith 5x optical zoom and features the double-range zoom offering up to 12x double-range zoom. The VPC-CG20 is the same as the VPC-CG102 but lacks double-range zoom.

The new ultra-portable Xacti camcorders are expected to be available starting in March, with the VPC-GH2 and VPC-CG102 priced at $229 and the VPC-CG20 at $199. The CG102 will come in black, the GH2 in silver, while the CG20 will be available in silver and black.
